Weekly parent: translating parentspeak

We all say one thing when we sometimes mean another. In my Mountain Xpress column today, I offer translations of some parent to parent comments. Got any others for me?

    I don’t know if his fits and it was before I was a parent. I was standing in line to go down the ice slide at the ice castle at the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival. One of the two little boys I was watching bolted from the line and headed out the door of the castle. When he got to the door his feet went straight up in the air and he fell to the ground. His head made a very loud CONK when he hit. Every single parent in the line squatted down next to their child, put a hand on one shoulder and pointed.
