My home monitor is much clearer than my government-y monitor at work. On the government monitor, dark spots I thought were bruises appeared on both eyes and his right cheek. It looked at though he’d fallen flat on the coffetable from the ceiling fan. Here at home, what a sigh of relief.
What in the world happened? I have many guesses, but do tell…

The boy’s eye and cheek don’t seem to hurt–as you can see, he’s happy dude–but they hurt me.
