Dispatch just in from Ash’s Dad down in Sarasota. Though Hurricane Wilma may have turned slightly south, AD is prepared. No windy chick with the unfortunate name of Wilma is gonna mess with him.

looks like he is getting ready to film the update to Wizard of Oz. Reminds me of the wicked witch riding her bike. Not that he looks like the wicked witch, just the umbrella. . .nevermind.

Right at the moment (8:25AM) if I were standing outside my door, that umbrella would probably be inside out. Sarasota is dark, wet, and windy. We are quite a ways from the main storm but it’s so hugh that we are feeling it here.

My heart goes out to those who are suffering because of this storm and I always feel guilty making jokes while others may be experiencing damage and loss. It’s a way for some of us to cope with the anxiety and no harm is intended.
